Loving Your Overweight Self

People who are overweight tend to lose self-esteem and confidence in themselves. They always feel that people are judging them because of their weight issue. They feel as if nobody will ever like them because they are not attractive enough. The first thing an overweight person should realize is that being overweight does not affect the person you are. Your real beauty comes from the inside. You can do something about your weight by joining a weight loss program or diet, however, you should first start by working on your mindset. To be loved, is to love thyself. When you love yourself and show that you have self-esteem and confidence regardless of your weight, other people will respect you as well.
Saying all of this, I do realize that some people need help in losing weight, I’m one of them. I tried absolutely everything and almost gave up, so I found out about this vaser liposuction, now I am really considering getting it. It’s not about self esteem or anything, because I really do love myself. I just feel that this would help me out a lot in a part of life that I can’t nessecarily handle on my own. I have looked at both sides of this, but what do you think?
